Actual Location:

This location used to be a government office when I lived in Wilmington in 1999, but has since become another Port City Java location. I used to do design work for Port City Java back in 1999.

It seems that this would be a great stop for any Blue Velvet fan to relive the Jeffery Beaumont/Sandy Williams scene (Kyle MacLachlan/Laura Dern). This is a few blocks away from the church and Dorothy Vallens apartment building.
